The staff of the Department of MMDA ER IPT won three projects of the Ministry of Education and Science for 2026-2028!
Within the framework of the competition for fundamental scientific research, applied scientific research, scientific and technical (experimental) developments of young scientists, we are preparing to implement two projects (out of 9 throughout KPI and 239 throughout Ukraine):
✅ Machine learning methods with adaptive fusion of multimodal data for cross-regional transfer of land cover classification models (scientific supervisor – associate professor of the department, dr. of philosophy Yailymova H.)
✅ State space models for assessing environmental changes (scientific supervisor – assistant professor of the department, Yavorsky O.)
Within the framework of the main competition of the Ministry of Education and Science, we have one project out of 11 throughout KPI and 258 throughout Ukraine):
✅ New generation Copernicus services: an intelligent digital twin for forest cover analysis in Ukraine (scientific supervisor – professor of the department, doctor of technical sciences Shelestov A.).
