He was born in Kyiv on August 8, 1974. He graduated from high school in 1992. In the same year, he entered the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute at the Faculty of Electroacoustics. During his studies, he received the specialty of video and sound engineer. He graduated from KPI in 1998, majoring in “Telecommunications systems and networks”.
During his studies, he worked at the Department of Sound Engineering and Information Registration. After graduating from university, he started working as an engineer. In 1998, he entered into an agreement to take the position of assistant at the Department of Sound Engineering and Information Registration. In 1998, he entered correspondence studies at the graduate school of NTUU – “KPI” specializing in “Acoustoelectronics”.
