Dr. Nazar Kholod is a scientist at the Joint Global Change Research Institute, a collaboration between the University of Maryland and the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. Dr. Kholod is an energy, environment and climate change professional with more over 20 years of research and policy experience in Ukraine and the United States.
The Department of MMDA organized the section “Earth Intelligence for Safe and Resilient Recovery of Ukraine” at the 14th International Conference Dependable Systems, Services and Technologies (DESSERT) 2024, which was held on October 11-13. At the conference:
