By Order №1098 of October 13, 2021, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine approved the conditions of admission to higher education in 2022.
Conditions are mandatory for higher education institutions, professional higher education institutions, research institutions regardless of ownership and field of management, except for higher military educational institutions, higher education institutions with specific training conditions and military training units of higher education institutions.
For competitive selection of entrants who will enter universities on the basis of complete general secondary education to obtain:
Bachelor’s degree (or master’s degree in medicine, pharmacy or veterinary sciences) – points of external examination certificates (results of entrance exams, creative competitions) in three competitive subjects will be credited;
Junior Bachelor’s degree – points of external examination certificates (results of entrance exams, creative competitions) in three competitive subjects will be credited.
In 2022, the external evaluation certificates of 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 will be accepted for admission.
Registration of electronic entrants for admission to the first year will begin on July 1.
Acceptance of documents from entrants will begin
July 14 and will end on July 16 for those who enter on the basis of interviews, entrance exams, creative competitions,
and July 22 – for people who enter according to the results of external evaluation, as well as entrance exams and creative competitions.
Entrance exams, creative competitions will be held in several streams from 01 to 13 July inclusive. At the same time, in the period from 14 to 22 July, additional sessions of exams or creative competitions may be held for entrants who will enter the contract form of study.
Interviews will be held from 17 to 19 July.
The formation of ranking lists of entrants who will enter on the basis of the results of external evaluation, creative competitions and entrance exams, providing recommendations for enrollment and publication of the list of recommended higher education at the expense of state or local budget will take place no later than July 27.
Applicants who have received recommendations for enrollment must meet the requirements for enrollment in the state or regional order by August 4.
Enrollment of entrants from the state or local budget will be held on August 5.
Enrollment of entrants who will study on a contract basis will take place no later than September 30.
Also, the conditions of admission include information on the list of competitive subjects, creative tests and creative competitions for admission to study for a bachelor’s degree, bachelor (master of medical, pharmaceutical or veterinary specialties), enrollment in admission certificates in foreign languages, other features admission, in particular, to the master’s level of education, etc.
