Yesterday in KPI completed the first hackathon FTI-HACK 2022 on the subject of machine learning and data science.
Two teams from the group of masters of our Department of Mathematical Modeling and Data Analysis took part:
1) «Base» (E. Mazur, A. Pavlyuk) – the task «AR-application» from Apostera;
2) «Transformers» (V. Shcherbakova, I. Krokhalov, O. Murzin) – the task «Predicting the probability of successful closing of business meetings» from RevenueGrid.
Both teams became winners among more than 150 hackathon participants.
The hackathon was organized by graduates of the Institute of Physics and Technology with the support of Apostera, GlobalLogic and Revenue Grid in a mixed format based on the newly opened coworking of FTI.
The final, which took place in a mixed format, can be found at the link.
Artificial intelligence and data analysis are increasingly intertwined in the life of our department with the support of both students and teachers. We are ready to gain momentum, so join us – come to the master’s program for victories!
