On June 23-24, 2022, the meeting was held regarding the public discussion of the results of the successful pilots of the European e-shape project. Among other pilots of the e-shape project, the results of Pilot 1.6 – “Service for SDG 2.4.1 and 15.3.1 indicators” were presented by prof. Nataliia Kussul.
The published intermediate results achieved during the first half of the project implementation are related to the acquisition and implementation of new competencies on the CREODIAS cloud platform. A new step in the practical use of modern project management systems (JIRA, confluence) is emphasized. As achievements, all participants were reminded of the participation of students of the department, in particular Sofia Drozd, at the virtual general assembly of the e-shape 2022 project and at the international Living Plant Symposium 2022 with the results of the project.
Based on the presented intermediate results of the pilot, recommendations for its future implementation were formulated, namely:
An important requirement for scaling development results on the CREODIAS cloud platform is the ability to use GPU (TPU) CNN accelerators to solve machine learning problems on large heterogeneous data;
The proposed technology can be, provided that GPU (TPU) CNN accelerators are used, applied to EU countries.
At the end of the speech, a public discussion of the results of the Pilot 1.6 e-shape project was held.
