A series of trainings from the leading scientific center of the European Commission Joint Research Center has begun

For our group on applied mathematics, the leading scientific center of the European Commission Joint Research Center has started a series of trainings on mastering the European cloud platform CreoDIAS. The representative of this platform, namely Mr. Guido Lemoine, told the staff of the department and the participants of the group an introduction to CreoDIAS.

The series of trainings will help to effectively develop the OCRE project aimed at the development of models and cloud-based information technologies for the analysis of damage from the war in Ukraine and intelligent planning. Namely, the development and expansion of a crop monitoring methodology and war damage assessment based on satellite data using advanced machine learning algorithms deployed in cloud infrastructure.

The OCRE project is implemented within the framework of the Ukrainian-German AIDA&TI Center (Center for Artificial Intelligence for Big Data and Telecommunications).
