The Department of MMAD invites you to apply for a master’s degree – 2023!

Dear applicants!

We remind you that starting today, July 1, 2023, the electronic offices of the applicant are open for registration at https://cabinet.edbo.gov.ua/login. Therefore, do not hesitate to register if you are interested in applied mathematics, dream of finding like-minded people and participating in real projects of machine learning, artificial intelligence and computer vision, gaining experience of international cooperation and internships, and enrolling in our master’s program in the ONP “Mathematical Methods of Modeling, Pattern Recognition and Computer Vision” in the specialty 113 “Applied Mathematics”.

You can learn more about the research areas of the Department of Mathematical Modeling and Data Analysis, which provides the EPD “Mathematical Methods of Modeling, Pattern Recognition and Computer Vision” on our website in the Science and Partnerships section, as well as on the YouTube channel of our department. For a better understanding of our expertise, we also recommend that you familiarize yourself with the materials of our Data Analysis Summer School, where this year’s speakers were our undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate students.

For admission under the state order and at the expense of individuals and/or legal entities, it is necessary to pass the Unified Entrance Exam (UEE), the Comprehensive Professional Examination (CPE) and submit a motivation letter.

If you decide to change your major after receiving your bachelor’s degree, you do not need to take an additional entrance exam this year.

Comprehensive Professional Examination (CPE) for admission to the study program “Mathematical Methods of Modeling, Pattern Recognition and Computer Vision” 113 Applied Mathematics will be held online for 120 minutes according to the following schedule:

1 session. 20.07.2023 10:00 – KFV
2 session. 22.07.2023 10:00 – KFV
3 session. 24.07.2023 10:00 – KFV
4 session. 26.07.2023 10:00 – KFV

The specific date of the KFV will be assigned on an individual basis.

The KSE will include 14 test questions (5 points each) and an open-ended written question (up to 30 points).

To participate in the KSE, an applicant must register for each professional test through the applicant’s electronic account at https://cabinet.edbo.gov.ua/login. We emphasize that registration is open from today, July 1, 2023! So do not hesitate – register!
