Employees of the Department of Mathematical Modeling and Data Analysis installed a sensor for monitoring air quality on the wall of the building №11 NTTU «Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute» with in the project of the National Research Fund of Ukraine
(1) 2020.02/0284 «Geospatial models and information technologies of satellite monitoring of smart city problems” (National Research Foundation of Ukraine Competition «Leading and Young Scientists Research Support»)
and with in the framework of the project (2) of public monitoring of air quality of Ukraine EcoCity, which is implemented by the non-profit public organization «Free Arduino».
Currently, near the building №11 NTTU «Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute» satisfactory air condition — can cause slight discomfort when breathing in sensitive people. It is not recommended to play sports on the street.
